When will I get my order?
Knitted pieces typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Other products take between 1-2 weeks. You'll receive an order confirmation and a tracking link via email. If you haven't received an email after placing your order, check your spam folder.
Do you ship to my location?
We ship to the USA, Europe, Australia, and much of Asia. At checkout, it will tell you whether you are in an area we ship to.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to all locations.
